This dress has a regatta collar, self sash with beautiful knot and ties, ruffled edges on collar and sleeves, and weighted ruffled panels front and back. Worn originally on Aug. 11, 1922 in Harrisville, RI by Ethel Mae Ballou for her betrothal to Wilson B. Sheldon. Condition is mint.
